Leadership Scholars is a non-profit organization dedicated to helping students identify their strengths, supporting their development, and creating leaders for our communities. Our students embark on a six-year personal development journey. During their first four years in the program, they receive one-on-one mentoring, instruction in wellness and leadership development, and college counseling as Scholars. These students develop into talented young Leaders who mentor the next generation of younger students and continue the cycle of creating systemic change in Cincinnati.
